Venda Velichenna

Venda velichenna from Totz grub, Made from fresh coconut milk extracted from hand-picked coconuts that is boiled in a thick iron cheenachatti and a firewood stove until it’s keedan becomes brown in colour which is later removed. Traditionally known as Venda Velichenna, in Kerala from the early days itself people used to make this version of coconut oil for babies which is very good for both cooking and massaging.
